Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the www.footagentexam.com web application (the "App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"), our Privacy Policy, and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing the App.
2. Use of the App
2.1. License
Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to use the App for your personal or internal business purposes.
2.2. Restrictions
You agree not to:
- Modify, adapt, or hack the App or modify another website so as to falsely imply that it is associated with the App;
- Reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell, or exploit any portion of the App, without our express written permission;
- Use the App for any illegal or unauthorized purpose;
- Transmit any viruses or any code of a destructive nature;
- Violate any laws in your jurisdiction (including but not limited to copyright laws).
2.3. Availability
We do not guarantee continuous, uninterrupted, or secure access to the App and reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the App or any part thereof without notice at any time.
3. User Accounts
3.1. Registration
To access certain features of the App, you may be required to register for an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to update such information to keep it accurate, current, and complete.
3.2. Account Security
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security.
4. Intellectual Property
4.1. Ownership
The App and its original content (excluding content provided by users), features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of www.footagentexam.com and its licensors.
4.2. User Content
By posting or submitting any content to the App—including chat messages, quiz answers, and any other user-generated content—you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, sublicensable, and transferable license to use, reproduce, distribute, prepare derivative works of, display, and perform such content in connection with the App. You acknowledge that we may process your content (e.g., questions, chat messages) through third-party AI services to provide AI-powered features.
5. AI and AI-Generated Content
The App uses artificial intelligence (AI) to provide chat, elaborations, and other AI-powered features. AI responses are for educational purposes only and may contain errors or inaccuracies. You should not rely solely on AI output for FIFA Agent Exam preparation; official FIFA regulations and materials are the authoritative source. Use of AI features is subject to the terms of service of our AI providers.
6. Subscription and Billing
Paid subscriptions (Basic, Pro) are billed monthly and renew automatically unless cancelled. You may upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time. To cancel or manage your subscription, use the Stripe Customer Portal available in your account settings. When a subscription lapses, access to paid features (e.g., additional practice exams, AI chat limits) will be restricted. We use Stripe to process payments; payment data is handled by Stripe in accordance with their terms and privacy policy.
7. Age Restriction
You must be at least 16 years of age (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) to use the App. By using the App, you represent that you meet this requirement. We do not knowingly collect personal information from users under 16.
8. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violations of these Terms or for any other reason at our sole discretion. Upon termination, your right to access the App ceases immediately. We may retain certain data as required by law or for legitimate business purposes. If you have an active subscription, termination does not entitle you to a refund for any unused portion.
9. Dispute Resolution
If you have a dispute arising from these Terms or your use of the App, you agree to contact us first at info@footagentexam.com to seek an informal resolution. If we cannot resolve the dispute within 30 days, either party may pursue the dispute through appropriate legal channels.
10. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall www.footagentexam.com, its affiliates, directors, employees, or licensors be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (i) your access to or use of or inability to access or use the App; (ii) any conduct or content of any third party on the App.
11. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
12. Refund Policy
All purchases made on www.footagentexam.com are final. We do not offer refunds or exchanges for any services or digital products, including but not limited to practice exams, subscriptions, AI tools, or handbook purchases, unless otherwise required by applicable law. By purchasing our services, you acknowledge and agree that you will lose your right of withdrawal once the service has been fully performed or the digital content has been accessed or downloaded.
