What are the FFAR service fee caps?

For transactions above USD 200,000: 5% (player rep), 3% (club rep), 6% (dual rep combined), 10% (releasing entity). Below USD 200,000: freely negotiated.

How does the RSTP solidarity mechanism work?

5% of any transfer fee is distributed to clubs that trained the player between ages 12 and 23. Split: 0.25% per year for ages 12–15, 0.50% per year for ages 16–23.
